I have seen online references to xxx733 and xxx458N for the correct flywheel numbers. I searched the CRG database but could not confirm. Thanks for your help. :)

The correct casting number is 3789733.

As per Jerry's "The Definitive 1969 Camaro Z28-SS396 Fact Book":
All manual transmission big blocks (except the ZL1) were equipped with an 11.00 inch cast iron flywheel (casting number, 3789733).

That would be more correctly described as a 14" 168-tooth flywheel drilled for an 11" clutch.
