Yes, the car is in the DB from February of 2010. Can you send me a picture of the POP? I'd like to add it. The POP will also tell you what engine, transmission, axle, options, etc... originally came with the car, so post it and we can tell you if it was a 350 or not. The db says that it is, but the original engine is gone.

And yours is the only car in the db with that combination.

Thanks
Ed

That's a title and doesn't tell much. POP is Protect-O-Plate that lists what the car came with.

The steel plate for the '69 is your Protect-O-Plate. You will have to de-code it like the trim tag. It will tell you exactly what your car was equipped with from the factory. On '68 model without P-O-P, paper work or original drive train you are just about out of any luck knowing what it actually was. Sure you have traces of possibilities as to what it might have been but that's all; possibilities.

Here it is. It's a little confusing to start with but just study it, read and re-read. The information is printed/stamped into the steel backward so it will be beneficial if you held it up to a mirror and wrote the information down on paper.

I knew I had seen your car somewhere. Here''s an old thread across the street about "patriot" camaro and your trim tag is in it.

Everyone like to come up with names for these different color combos like they were something the dealer did regularly.
These 'different' color combo cars would just have been a color override order (please confirm that's what you really want) that a customer requested. Some people had specific ideas about what they wanted. But a dealer wouldn't order these for stock - they wouldn't sell.

Your 69 is/was a 327 with a 3 speed manual and a 10 bolt rear. Sat for a long time before it sold. Does the POP have the selling dealer listed? Maybe Miller Chev?
What color was it originally?

i believe  the 69 was green with black interior , and all the pop says is Grand Haven Mi

The POP should be in the warranty book and it will have a place to stamp the dealer info. Almost looks like the warranty booklet is missing. ?
The trim tag will tell the original colors.
Is that it in your avatar picture?
