Does anybody know why eBay item 281008670788, which is most definitely an original real car does not have an M in group 2 on the trim tag?

Because the car doesn't have the D55 Console. Norwood only used the 2M Powerglide code in combination with the D55 Console option.

I had at one time a 67 norwood car automatic on column that was completely original and it had on the trim tag 2MRS by group 2 on trim tag, it was a 05A car.

You don't have the rest of the trim tag info and the VIN do you? That's one we'd like to add to the database.
