Title: Front Spoliers 69 Camaro
Post by: LM69Z28 on September 22, 2012, 02:17:27 AM
Can someone please tell me what type of specific material (what type of plastic) the front spoilers were/are made of. Not the cheap Taiwan repops but an original GM period made piece. This info. will help me get the correct repair materials.
Thanks for the help...

I'm assuming ABS -same as consoles and instrument carriers for example.. Try Plastex. http://www.plastex.us/PLASTEX/index.html
The repro spoilers are definitely a different material..

Steve,
I thought so, thanks mate. That helps me deciding which product and flexible filler to use. I will look into the link you sent me to see if this fits the bill.
Thanks again
