Post by: 1 bad rat on April 16, 2012, 03:40:58 PM
I bought this car last year from my sister, who had owned it for 27 years. She only put 400 miles on it in all that time. Currently has 82000 miles on it. VIN 124379N673511 ,ST 69 12437 NOR 107732 BDY, TR 711 ,PNT 61 61, 08C  X22 .Engine casting 3955272 ,casting date E-18-9  engine code T0602JI . Rear end code C   BS 08-19 G2. It has X-2 marked on the passenger side behind the rear seat back. Car is now Garnet red but will be painted burnished brown when the time comes. Will try to post pictures later. Love this site ,  thanks  Steve

400 miles in 27 years......

Is the trans original? I'd be intersted in the codes if it is.
Thanks for the data!

Sorry Kurt ,the tranny was replaced back in the day by previous owner. Current trans is CD68. I am old enough to remember back in those days when a tranny got weak ,you bought one for 75. or 100 dollars instead of overhauling the original. Would love to find a correct coded tranny ,although this one works great. Thanks , Steve
