Title: Another for the database

A friend of a friend has a 69 Z28 with an appraisal report. It does not have the original engine in the car, but has a DZ block that comes with it.  The numbers are:

124379L526025
ST 69 12437 VN274538
TR 727   55 55
03A   A558

The block that comes with the car is 9L516950, V0106DZ

Correction: The VIN is 124379L526075 per the photo...

Real close on that block - I know of a Z within 10 cars that's missing it's block...

I neglected to ask - does the report list the trans or axle codes? Thanks!

No, there was no mention of trans or axle codes.  The report simply said it has a Muncie transmission.
