Title: Location of spare tire hold down bracket on a 68
Post by: jims68z on February 19, 2010, 08:56:10 PM
I had my trunk floor replaced and the body shop did not reinstall the spare tire hold down bracket.  He did not keep the old floor so I do not even know where it goes.  Can anyone help me with some measurements on where it goes so I can get it in the proper place?

Is it a coupe or a Ragtop? It makes a difference.

Anyone have any measurements or pictures to post?  I just want to make sure I have it in the right place before firing up the welder.
