Title: Firewall Chaulk Marking Question

Firewall chaulk markings found under the a/c on a 68 rs/ss 396. Any idea what they mean? "60/5"
Also, i expected these to be under the paint..

My theory is the numbers refer to the assembly instructions in the AIM for the line workers reference.  In this case UPC C60/SheetD5.

Most likely inspection markings from the Fisher Body Trim Shop.
