Jeg's sells a nice little vacuum canister that will let you use your power brakes and doesn't require a pump. Might be worth a look. Good luck!

I used one of those on my tube-frame Grand Sport replica instead of buying a pump, and it worked out fine.

I do not make any vacuum with the cam i run so I can not make any in a can from them . I am looking for a 12 volt one Other then the high dollar ones i keep finding. Thanks

You might not make any vacuum at idle but you will make vacuum at higher RPMs and on deceleration. Install a can with a check valve beteen the can and the manifold any you'll be fine.

I have a big inch SB in my car with a roller cam with 4 wheel disc brakes. I had to put an electric pump in . It works well but the down side is when you put your foot on the brake you can hear that pump kick on and work and my car is loud and completley DynaMat'd . So if you can make it work with Mark's sugesstion then that would be great otherwise you can get this pump at Summit . I mounted it front drivers side and when looking straight on to the motor you can't even see it .

Nope, sold it in 1998 - needed the garage space for another project.
