Hi , is there a difference between a 67-68 header panel and the 69 ??? thanks

Yes...

'67-68 Camaro header panel:  GM part #3927907  (still available from GM)

Here's an OEM '67-68 one on Ebay...

Thanks Paul , the only defference seems to be the holes for the grill moldings «8 for 67-68 and 7 holes for the 69» .. i have a reproduction one and it doesn't fit at all ,
