Title: D90 Stripes
Post by: Bjv69ss on October 06, 2008, 10:11:55 PM
The body shop is installing the paint stencils this week and will also be shooting the white paint.  It just occured to me that there must be at least 100 shades of white.  Would anyone know what color white I should have them use?
Thanks Joe

One other detail. There is an early and late version of the D90 stripe. On early cars [up to Nov 68?] the stripe continues about 1" onto the fender extension. After that time it ends at the extension seam.

Thanks, I bought the stensils from Ricks.  I'll have to check where the end once the body shop installs them.  Thanks again for the heads up on the two versions!!!
