Title: Car Height
Post by: 68rsssrag on February 04, 2006, 06:12:31 PM
The ASM shows the required data to measure height of the body at the rockers unlike the Chassis repair manual. But the ASM does not spec the exact point of measurement on the lower rocker. Is  it the lower edge of the pinchweld or the lowest edge of the rocker bottom (between the curved section and the pinchweld)?

Thanks

Arno

It's taken from the horizontal rocker surface immediately outboard and adjacent to the pinchweld flange.

Thanks John.

I tried to relate this to the fisher body manual but I can't get there. The ASM data makes sense.
