Title: 1969 Early LA VIN#
Post by: Indy 69 on June 23, 2007, 07:49:56 AM
Hello Forum Members,

I was a member of the old forum and can't seem to log into my old userid, that does not matter now. Time for a change anyhow!!!!
I have tripped over an early 1969 LA VIN #124379L500025 which I am in the process of buying.
Is it a probability this car was built on the 1st day of production for 1969 models at the LOS plant?
Thanks in anticipation.

Production was a ramp-up, with the first units slowly progressing down the line to prove-out the tooling and station processes.
Do you have a picture of the trim tag or the data off of it? Any info on the original configuration of the car?

Thanks!
Kurt
