Sorry I didn't get any replies on my question, but I was at the GM nationals this weekend and found out the 67 camaro had a cast steel nose piece on the starter and from 68 up had the aluminum.  I am looking for a cast iron intake for this car. The one on it is too new. My car was built in march 67. I need oct, nov, dec of 66 or jan of 67.  Mine is a J of 67.  Anyone help me find the correct one.  thanks in advance

I think the starter also has a date code on it, if that matters. My L-34 auto was built fourth week of March,'67.
