Here is a TIPS AND TRICKS for Window regulator roller repairs (DIY)
Often they, the rollers get brittle, mis-shaped, cracked, seized etc..
1 & 2 Photos: the Back side of the Front & Rear regulators w/ rollers

Order BDY-1014 from Vendor sources or equal.

Using a Angle grinder - Dremel, or equal remove the Factory Peen.
Then Support regulator arm and use a drift-punch undersize to the peened stem diameter to drive out shaft.
There is a Neat Breakdown of the part components of the Factory Roller, Multi piece compared to the service item.

OK, So you Figure Just Assembly Support and Hammer it Home.
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This will NOT Work, just Plain deforming the Rivet, Crushes the roller to the flange and it over crimps the bearing surface and it will not Roll freely.
There IS a better way with Correct tooling.

I sourced the Hansen Rivet Co 3/16" Semi Tubular Rivet Driver, that Proper Tooling will correctly mushroom the open end of the shaft.
The Next problem is Properly supporting the "BACK" side (aka Roller side) of the Shaft-Rivet combination.
The Roller side has a flange and raised center. You Should properly support the Center of the Raised portion of the Shaft-Rivet, NOT the flange, as by applying force on the flange it can bend and pinch the plastic roller and causes drag or a non rolling roller. I chose to fabricate a custom support using Brass and a Lathe, the support has a raised center "NUB" that contacts the center of the shaft-rivet and a recess for the roller that then Self centers the assembly - PERFECT tool.
Notice the nice Mushrooming of the semi tubular rivet aka Clinched end of the roller shaft.
Spins Like Butter, then a little Lithium Lube.
You Can Do it.
