Title: Web site issues

What's wrong with the web site.  Keep getting a message that Resource Limits Have Been Reached.   Having considerable trouble with access......multiple attempts required to get in.

I've been getting the same error for quite a while. Seems to be getting worse, too.

Everything on the website seems to work ok except the forums. Geeeez.... can't it be fixed????

Very frustrating - for you guys and me! The hosting server is getting old and the host tells us we should move, they can't fix it.
We explored several plans and finally decided on a course of action. But our tech guy has been visiting the hospital, so the migration has been put on hold.
It would be pretty simple if it was just the main site. But the forum takes it out of my wheelhouse.....
