Could that (Missing) be a symptom of Reproduction floor pan replacements w/o transferring the nut-reinforcements from orig's?

The floors and trunk are original to the car. Im not sure what part of the seatbelt system would attach to those. The holes seem to be pretty high up. I got as far as removing the rear seat last eve. Got one of the sides on bottom seat, other side is fighting me. Will try again this eve

The Belt "ANCHOR" end, i.e. end opposite the Latch or catch.
Seat Rears; Stacked.
There are some good reference photos in the report.

So after getting under the car to verify the belts, I found that the anchors are in place and all is good. The mystery holes, 4 of them are up in trunk near divider. Here are the 4 holes I am wondering about. Maybe something another owner had installed but was taken out? Seems like a weird place to mount something without removing that piece of metal that is sticking up. Not sure why that is there either.

Sorry for the confusion on this. I just got the car and am going over it.
