Title: 1968 lighting/engine harness

I have a 68 and it looks like it has 69 harness in it.
1 temp wire is on light harness not engine harness DG
2Blower motor wire is orange not purple
Could late 68s have 69 harnesses in them?

I've never experienced it personally. How late IS your car?

That's correct for all 68's, regardless of the build date. Purple goes to the starter solenoid.

The build date is June

Thanks garth I'll check starter wire purple also
