Title: 1969 RS support bracket finish

Does anyone know what finish the RS door support bracket is supposed to be? (The one in the middle) thank you!

WHEN I RESTORED MY RS LAST YEAR IT WAS A UN TOUCHED CAR AND THAT PART WAS NATURAL NO PAINT

That's what I recall also... natural cast aluminum.

GM probably had not interest in spending the funds on coating a non ferrous part in this case.

Adding to the consensus, the RS headlight door hinge plates on my former 4C Norwood RS/Z survivor were natural.
