Title: 69 camaro z28 dz 302 (northfield)

There is a DZ engine for sale on Craigslist and the engine pad is stamped V1007DZ and the date code is difficult to read and the casting number is 3970010.
Could I have a second opinion that this is an October 1969 build date and not an October 1968?
I am asking because the seller also has a 3279 crankshaft, which I thought was 68 and very very early 69 DZ's and would not be correct for this block.

The 3970010 block wasn't around in 1968 so it has to be 1969.
