Nope. POP is from a different car, 124379L503860.

In addition, the POP decodes as an LF7 (327/210) with a Saginaw M20 4 speed and a 3.08 10 bolt (just in case that car happens to show up someday as a numbers matching Z28!!!)
On the plus side, 124379L503860 came from Clippinger Chevrolet! (A lease, but at least a lease from Clippinger)
