Title: Factory Original Stamping or A Re-Stamp, Are The Fives Too Low

What are you thoughts on this, a factory original stamping or a re-stamp?
Both fives appear to be lower than the letter and number on either side

Need a more overall photo.  If you wanna send it privately then hit up KurtS or a few others.  That would be your best bet on getting a solid answer.
