Are you going to paint the "Delco energizer" in yellow?  What paint did you use?  Looks to me like the R59 repro is the same as the Y77 but for the color.

The yellow "Delco Energizer" battery is a service replacement. Originals are black.

Wow, your attempt does not look like attempt. Looks like you nailed it from the pics. Even molded the Y77 into the side????

So is this a just for show battery? (you can't transport the materials to a new R79 I am guessing)

Started with this. It is fully operational. The Y77 is an insert I made.
