Title: Reproduction front header panel
Post by: montgomg on May 12, 2016, 04:52:36 PM
Wondering if anyone has experience recently in repop header panels for a 68 camaro.
I have a repop, about 10 years old, to use on my 68 I am restoring. I have all original sheet metal ( hood and fenders included). The repop header panel is way off. It does not align with the hood and the accent ridge in the middle is much smaller than on the hood and on the original header panel which is damaged beyond repair.
Anyone purchased a repop panel the fits somewhat decently?? Thanks in advance.

I know my 68 has one but it was on the car when I bought it and it fits really well, ill look after work and see if I can spot any markings of a manufacturer. Off the top of my head though try AMD though, their stuff has fit pretty good on other project cars I have worked on.
