Need help identifying a Hurst Shifter 3216274 .Also there is another number stamped on the face
391 5403. Thanks!

3216274 is the patent number.

1965 Buick Skylark; '60-64 full size Chevy uses that shifter body. There are probably others, but no early Camaros. Part number for '67-'69 Camaro shifter body is 391 4340.
