Can any one tell me where I can find the correct bolt for my 69 396 camaro. I'm looking for the bolt that holds the clamp on the alt on top. The bolt holds the calmp that holds both of the heater hoses. I've called several camaro suppliers and they don't have one. Does anyone know where I can find one or a part # of one. Thank you

You should be able to get the bolt number out of the AIM and cross reference it to AMK (http://www.amkproducts.com/catalog.htm). If you want an original one, that's a different story.

Very pricey, but if you want an original...

I have browsed that site in the past and it is a complete ripoff and is an example of what is wrong with eBay sellers who think they have gold.
What is the bolt size. I'll look in my pile of hundreds of original Camaro bolts and send it to you free of charge if I have it.

I bought from him and it took 4 months to get all my hardware. Let's just say that is my last dealing. And there was always an excuse, sorry I was busy, I was out of town.

Pretty sure the bolt is the same one that is used on the tailpipe rear hangers into frame rail. 3/8 head size, 1/4UNC small taper/slit at bottom.
