Originality / 68/69 Door Mirror Gasket w/CAMARO script

Amazing at times how we continue to learn things about our cars we didn't know prior. An excellent example brought to my attention at last year's 2022 MCACN involved noting a '69 Camaro door mirror gasket that had the word "camaro" molded in. My mind raced to our 68Z restoration as I thought I had carefully reviewed parts for details but unfortunately I do not remember even having the original door mirror gasket to review back then but was determined to find out more. First step was checking my good friends '68 07D and late '69 09D survivors if they had the camaro script door mirror gasket and they did. You do have to look for it as the mirror normally covers 50% to 70% of the CAMARO script and in some cases only part of the "C" can be observed due to both mirror length variation and other tolerance build up's and mounting processes. From reviews of survivors and talking to experts it appears the gasket used did have the "camaro" script. I'm curious to know if this was common or the norm used during the 68/69 model run. Can anyone with paint survivors chime in on what your car has?
