Title: sphare wheel and tire question

i have what may be a few  dumb questions, on a 1969 Big block SS with a full size sphare:

is the sphare wheel a  YJ?

is it painted just like the ones on the car?

would the tire in the trunk exactly match those on the car?

The car would have XT wheels if they're plain, or YJ if it has rally wheels. The spare wheel and tire exactly match the four road wheels - same type, same paint, same brand/type of tire.
