At least they got the grill color and shifter ball right. Its usually a package deal when they check the dumb crook box.......

Just another nice collection of parts made to look like a blue Z28.

Ehhhhh, if it had a 350 built like an LT1 - it would be cool.

At the end of the day - its still a collection of parts.

All would be fine if it were marketed for what it is-a clone.

The trim tag “appears” to be legit so I messaged them for close up photos of the vin & tag but got a response that a deposit had been placed on the car..  Hope the depositor sees this thread before fully pulling the trigger..

Ready! Fire! Aim!

Yea, sadly in that order.  Pretty witty.

I didn't even see a picture of the trim tag, but he even got the X77 wrong - the car has style trim on it, so if he wanted to execute a good fake, should have gone with X33. ;)

157 cars before my L78, also a 12A '68 car. Bet they were built on the same day, would have liked to have seen the body sequence on the trim tag to compare it to -

Regards,
Steve

The BDY number on the tag was the order confirmation #, had nothing to do with production scheduling. I have paperwork for a dealer that had approximately 100 69s. Cars ordered and confirmed at the same time [sequential #s] were not only not built in order, they could be built over a period of several days. Confirmation #s can be thousands apart.

The actual production sequence # was on the body and chassis broadcast copies [Norwood workers called them 'sequence sheets']. Also, probably written on the body and frame someplace. I have a BBC with a notation stating three cars were not going to be built in sequence order.
