Am I missing something, I have a 69 hardtop without any seat belt mounts in the rear. It normally wouldn't be a problem but I have 6yo that needs a car seat and moms not cool with just hanging on tight .
-
Sounds like the floor might have been replaced.
-
It hasn't, I'm the third owner and can trace the car back to the purchase in 69 .
-
Are there anchor nuts behind the rear seat?

Have you read THIS (http://www.camaros.org/seatbelt.shtml)? Not to sound like an a-hole, but maybe you're looking in the wrong spot? Reference picture for 1969 HERE (http://www.camaros.org/images/seatbelt/belts_69rear.jpg).

This is what it looks like

I clearly see one belt anchor hole on the right side of this picture. The other hole near the tunnel is hard to see but I so see an outline. Is there a sealer on top by chance? If the belts are missing when you got the car then maybe a previous owner covered the holes with some type of sealer.

I see them too. Here's a picture showing exactly where to look (upper picture), and a modified picture of your car showing where to look (lower picture). Like Mike said, it looks like they've been filled in with bondo, some kind of sealer or something similar. It might be easier to see the holes from underneath the car.

Would need a better/larger pic to tell for sure, but it looks like at least part of the floor under the rear seat has been replaced.

Bryon,
I have a 67 Camaro and it also came without rear belts. However, the holes are there and are seal with factory chalk. Dave

Dave,
Can you post a pic of your trim or cowl tag, curious about something?
Thanks,
Paul

Paul, maybe I can answer without posting my Z28 Trim Tag.....To many counterfeiters and I don't need another 67 Z with a dup of my trim tag. Dave

Isn't it nice when folks come out to ask for help (afrank3594), get it, and never thank or respond to the people that helped them? Sorry, but Ed took the time to post those nice pictures and I think it's pretty ignorant to never respond. Maybe it was the DC traffic this morning that took all my patience...
