I contacted the seller, he advised that he bought the block in the US a few years ago, via ebay, but won’t be using it, hence why it’s for sale. I was interested in case he owned the car the block belongs with, or if he had any other parts from it.
The A$4500 asking price is around US$3200.

 I contacted the seller too, he said he had it over ten years , you guys happy with the numbers
