Hey guys, what a great night last night at the old Sears Point Raceway here in Sonoma. There was FIVE records broken during last nights Qualifying. SUPER track conditions and weather. Starting with Larry Dixon running a 317.79 MPH in Top Fuel. That was 3.839 seconds. That was cool to see as I had reserve seats very close. Ear Plugs ALMOST didn't do the trick. Then Jack Beckman ran a 4.063 at 315.56 MPH in his funny car. And Allen Johnson in Pro Stock ran a 6.545 at 201.77 MPH! Then they had some Camaro's, a GTX, Duster, Studebaker truck, 70' Chevelle...... and about 20 other nostalgia runs. They were running some 10 second to 13 second times. Too much fun for sure as it's right down the road from my house. Hey Jerry M., I didn't see your car, where were ya?.....Danny

johnsons pro stock should have been 209 or 210 mph to run that 54?

WHOOPS!!!!! Yes you are correct, I switched the numbers around. It was 210 and change. NOT 201...... Good catch eh..........Danny
