I have a 67 Camaro with out the Protecto Plate. However, I found a 68 Owners Manual with a Protecto Plate for what appears to be for a Camaro.
It was orginally sold to Munroe Dairy in E. Providence , RI to a Mr. Armstrong. I went on the diary website and he is the CEO. I left him a voicemail to see if he had any idea of where the car was. I got no reply. he must of thought I was some kind of nut.
The VIN is 124678N404773 R
If anyone has any ideas on how to pass this along, Im sure the owner would be estatic. I also need help finding mine!!

We do log POP's into CRG's data base. They are great data because of the drive train codes on them. Once in a great while we do match up the POP with the car again, but not often. If anyone come across a POP, you can post or e-mail it to me.
