Need Help Identifying 69 Rally Wheel

This wheel is in the trunk of my numbers matching 69 Camaro z28.  Anyone tell me what the codes mean?

Could be an FW code wheel dated December 21 for the 1976 model year.

Physically the same as a YH.

Yep. FW code 15x7 rally out of a 77 Chevelle or Malibu dated Dec 21, 1976
