hey now ! guy's I asked for one first , Jeff I live in Va. I traded you the original rear seat cover out of my 732 interior remember ?
If you would send me an e-mail I will send my address and pay you with paypal for a good enough door lock knob that I can clean up , the knob's seem to be the same type of thin metal an antenna is made of ?

Jeff would you look thru your's and see if you have one that's not all scratched up on the shaft part ? one of mine is OK but the other one is all sratched and worn down , I wonder how much it would be to rechrome them (LOL)
if you have one that I could clean up jeff I would like to get one from you ,,,,,Brad

I had the speed channel back in 1993 and they had a show called WILD ABOUT WHEEL'S  they played a 1967 camaro commercial and it had a blue plane jane six banger and a blue RS/SS 350 and some other's , they talked about how the 1967 camaro FIT THE NEW GENERATION , I would love to have that on DVD but I have never seen it again ,,,,

the one on the left is my original the one on the right is the new plastic repo , another note is that my originals are two piece with the thumb top crimped onto the metal base part

OK have to ask my original door lock knob's are metal repo's are plastic ? some say they are supposed to be plastic ?
could this be a build date thing ? early 67's don't have seatbelt retractor's , early car's have metal seat back's , my car is 10E build so could this be why it had metal knob's ? small detail I know but you guy's have already solved all the big stuff

I have focused on interior upgrade's ,
#1 bought an original walnut 67 camaro wheel / hub / horn contact / screws / horn button ,
#2 redyed all my seatbelt's put in new retractor's / still need new fisher coach emblem's
#3 ordered new gas brake & e brake pedal pad's & chrome only to recieve a plastic gas pedal / went to swapmeet and found an NOS metal gas pedal
#4 ordered new door lock knob's (SIMPLE RIGHT?) came in and yep PLASTIC AGAIN ! currently searching for a cherry set of metal chrome 67 door lock knob's


I get a little agravated , I have a 1967 RS deluxe camaro and a 1967 short C10 and all the part's that are for sale all over the world are listed as

it is kind of fun sifting thru the 68 up stuff trying to filter out 67 part's ! it's a challenge

fit's 1967 1968 1969 camaro !           WRONG ! 67 stuff is different
fit's 1967 to 1972 chevy truck !        WRONG AGAIN ! 67 stuff is different

I ordered new reproduction door lock knobs for my 67 but when I got them they are plastic  I have a pretty good set of used one's now but would like a new set or NOS set that are metal like the original one's , anybody know where I can find some ? I have searched ebay and all they have are the cheap plastic one's ,,
