Hi,
Im finishing my car and installed the repop lower rocker molding and it is disgusting.the ends are all stupid looking and it really looks too shiny.I bought this several years ago and it was the only kind available.I understand there is another "better quality" on the market.Does anyone know the manufacturer of the best quality set out there?I saw a very nice pair on a car at a restoration shop,he thought they came from Ricks but wasnt sure.Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Chris,
Check out the thread under General Discussion, 69 wheel well mouldings discontinued, It is mentioned where you will be able to get those rocker moldings. ;)

Thanks,
I went to Ricks site and didnt find them until I looked under new items, and there they were.I assume Rick George is Ricks first generation. They were listed for around 49.95 each.GM licenced. These are the ones Jerry at CHP is talking about I believe.Right?

Rick's part number is LB-1, they are nice and right on the money.

Those are the ones I used. I had issues with fitment, but I guess I'll chalk it up to "operator malfunction" and try again.
Also might ask them to add some extra padding on the ends of the tube for shipping. Mine were crushed on the ends, but straightened out okay.

Thanks all

I put the Classic headquarters ones from ricks on yesterday finally. They are about 1000 times nicer than the cheaper ones I bought years ago.My money was wasted on those cheapies. Thanks for the advice guys.
