Window sticker is a reproduction in my opinion.
I suggest you contact the seller for pics if you are interested. Get pics of the cowl tag, VIN tag and drivetrain stampings - engine, transmission and rear end.

Here are a couple of his feedbacks:
Terrible experience, seller said he would ship large item and he had a box. After auction ended he requested I buy a box. Then wrapped part part in cardboard and wanted me to pay extra $50 to ship. I paid $500 and he said he didn't have the money to ship the part. I offered to pay several times for shipping, but he wasn't able to provide a shipping cost. Please be careful. I had to seek a refund from eBay. Thank goodness for eBay's guarantee.

Well, the window sticker dealer does not match the NCRS shipping report dealer, so there is that.
I always thought that more than a few fake window stickers would be called out when the NCRS shipping repots became available.

It appears to be (to the untrained eye) a great piece of work. It’s just a not so great reproduction piece.
