Title: parking brake release handle - 68 Camaro
Post by: joesauer on June 16, 2009, 04:02:12 PM
I'm replacing the Parking Brake Release Handle on my 1968, and am unclear how it should be fastened.  The replacement handle does not appear to have internal threads.  Is it a friction fit, glue on, or am I just not seeing the threads?  It's a correct handle, not a generic one.   Thanks

It should just thread on. Mine had threads cut in it. If yours does'nt have any threads, you can simply run a correct size tap into the hole, and thread it yourself.
